As a Business Operations Associate, you'll be at the heart of Activatr's day-to-day operations. From supporting customer deployments to coordinating with agents and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure seamless execution across the business. What you'll do
- ·Support customer onboarding and operational execution
- ·Coordinate with operating teams, partners, and internal stakeholders
- ·Track projects, timelines, and operational KPIs
- ·Prepare reports and maintain business documentation
- ·Identify process improvements and help automate repetitive workflows
- ·Support team with operational and strategic initiatives
We're looking for
- ·1–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success, or Business Support
- ·Strong organizational and communication skills
- ·Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- ·Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
- ·Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus
