Activatr Worklabs Private Limited ("Activatr", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website goactivatr.com. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India and applicable data protection laws.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we process and store it, who we share it with, and what rights you have as a Data Principal under the DPDP Act.

We collect and process your personal data only after obtaining your free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent as required by Section 6 of the DPDP Act.
We share your personal data with the following third-party processors solely to fulfil the purposes described above. Each processor is bound by data processing terms:

Some of our processors (Supabase, Google, Microsoft, Apollo) may store or process data outside India. We ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards. If the Central Government restricts transfers to specific jurisdictions under Section 16 of the DPDP Act, we will comply with such restrictions.
This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children (persons under 18 years). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or breach, as required by Section 8(5) of the DPDP Act. In the event of a data breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by Section 8(6).
